Very sturdy and heavier than I thought 😅. Having the bench unlocks a lot of new movements and makes chest exercises a lot easier to target. You can also play with other exercises as well and the bench works well!

The product came fully secure and safe! It also arrived earlier than expected as well. Furthermore, when using the product, the motors are quiet and it is safe to do the workouts as you can get into position and do them. The kg of the resistance is heavy as well so it is best to start light. And the customer representatives are very nice as well! One thing that I do think will make the product more portable is if it has rubber wheels at the bottom that automatically closes when you put it down. Thats it!
